Apple announced the iPhone 4S just a few hours ago. Big deal or not? We’ll know when we see it — but here are the specs. Update 10/06/2011: Added Sprint to the iPhone 4 column, since Sprint will begin carrying the 8 GB iPhone 4 starting October 14. Update 10/07/2011: I’m changing the iPhone 4S RAM to 512 MB, since my original source could have been incorrect. A confirmation will be made once a tear down is performed.
