Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 11082 Microsoft exec Gabe Aul notes that there aren’t any big noticeable changes in this build. But, the team is focused on product improvements based on user feedback from the most recent November Update Version 1151 build 105864. Also, expect faster build releases but lots more bugs in it. Insiders often complained about the droughts that occurred when a new build wasn’t released for months....

Windows Phone Update This update brings developer enhancements and is not a new build. It’s the same build, but with some improvements for app developers. If you’re running Windows 10 Mobile preview on your Windows Phone or other devices (especially if you’re a dev). You will need to have Developer Mode enabled, then head to Settings > Update and Security > Phone Update. Also, note that your phone’s battery will need to be at least 40% before it will update....

Update: Groove Music Pass was killed off, and Microsoft now recommends you use Spotify. If you want to stream music from your Windows 10 device in the living room, you might think you need to purchase an Xbox One or 360. But if you have no interest in gaming or spending hundreds of dollars, you can spend much less and get a Chromecast. We looked at how to stream Spotify to the new Chromecast a few weeks ago, and now we’ll take a look at doing the same thing with Groove Music in Windows 10....

The outline of future Xbox console plans includes references to SmartGlass, which was announced at E3 this month, as well as an update to the Kinect and Project Fortaleza, which seems to be the MS take on Google’s Project Glass – 4G and WiFi-enabled glasses that add an augmented reality component. Being able to use Yahoo Messenger to chat with Windows Live Messenger contacts was one of the grooviest features, in my opinion. Launched in 2006, the ability to chat with Live Messenger users will end December 14, 2012 according to a post on the Yahoo Messenger blog.
